We don’t accept returns as we provide the same product as we show in the images uploaded, further there might be a slight color or minor change depending on the availability of the product. Do make a full 360-degree parcel opening video (showing unopened parcel and then unboxing the parcel) for any kind of issues. No complaints will be entertained without a complete parcel opening video as mentioned above. Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 48 business hours of delivery with parcel opening video as mentioned above without exception.

Cancellation of order is possible only if the order is not yet dispatched or processed for dispatch.
