What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We deliver all over India with the best service providers and e-commerce aggregators. Service providers vary from location to location. However, if you wish to specify to us any particular postal service you’d like, we would be happy to assist you.

What are your shipping and return policies?

We process and ship all orders in 1 to 4 business days. We don’t accept returns as we provide the same product as we show in the images uploaded, further there might be a slight color or minor change depending on the availability of the product. Do make a full 360-degree parcel opening video (showing unopened parcel and then unboxing the parcel) for any kind of issues. No complaints will be entertained without a complete parcel opening video as mentioned above. Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 48 business hours of delivery with parcel opening video as mentioned above without exception.

Do You Ship Internationally? 

At present, we ship only in India.

Sorry, we do not accept returns.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Refund in case of an order placed and not yet dispatched will be processed in 3-4 business days. Orders once dispatched cannot be canceled and hence no refund is possible in such case.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Cancellation of order is possible only if the order is not yet dispatched or processed for dispatch. To cancel your order which is not yet dispatched you can email us at – shop@nailsuppliesmumbai.in with your order id, transaction id, and a valid/genuine reason for cancellation. We will look into the same and further process cancellation or change in order only after verifying the details provided by you.
