Returns & Refunds
No full refund or exchange will be given or entertained if the customer fails to report for any returns or exchanges within 24 Hours of Delivery.
Returns & Refunds and exchanges are accepted for defective and non-defective products respectively.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened in original packaging or have never been used. (If The packing is found tampered the returns will be rejected). You may cancel or suspend your services here or the website may terminate your account as per the Terms hereunder.

We do not guarantee refunds or exchanges including refund or exchanges for lack of usage or dissatisfaction.
Customer has to return the product within 2 days of delivery if the item is found defective.
The Refunds processing time is 2 days post receipt of returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
A product Refund will only be provided if an exchange is not possible for the same item or the product has not been dispatched yet upon our discretion.
To complete your return, Kindly follow the below instructions.
*We need a complete 360 video of unboxing the parcel since delivery to process any returns or refunds. Without it we will not be able to process your request and returns are accepted on case to case basis subject to validation from our end*
Please do not send your purchase back to us or the manufacturer as there is no Warranty or Guarantee provided for any products sold on the website
Once your return is received and inspected, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If refunds are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 days.
Exchanges
Only defective or damaged items will be replaced. Send us an email at nailsuppliesmumbai@gmail.com if you need to exchange it for the identical item within 24 Hours of delivery.
Shipping returns

If a product is received damaged or defective on arrival then we will bear the return charges and provide you with a download and print shipping label which you must pack the returns in a secure package and stick the label and provide it to the courier who will pick up the product from your home. However if your area is non serviceable for a return pickup, you may need to courier it back to us at your own cost.
However for exchanges, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Unauthorized charges on Your card
If you see charges on your credit/debit card for products/ services made on Website, but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues who have been authorized to make purchases on your behalf, to confirm that they haven’t made the transaction. If you’re still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized transaction within 30 days of this transaction to enable Website to begin an investigation at its sole discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Website / Owner does not give or make any guarantee on refund of monies due to unauthorized charges on your card.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
