c. Currently, We do deliver the products across India subject to the provisions of this Policy.

f. The following currency is used on this Website: Indian Rupees. Your payment provided may be charged in your local currency at the applicable exchange rates.

g. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, We will notify you and provide an alternative best match for the former or you can opt for refund. In case of refund, the total amount of the product which is out of stock shall be refunded to the source of origin.

Flat Rs 75 for all the orders valuing below Rs 999 PAN India except the states mentioned below (Special Destinations). Free shipping for orders above Rs 999 for PAN India except the states mentioned below (Special Destinations).*

Flat Rs 150 for all the orders valuing below Rs 2500 for states mentioned below (Special Destinations). Free shipping for orders above Rs 2500 for special destinations.*

Special Destinations – Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura.

* Note – COD charges are always extra and separately applicable depending upon the order value and delivery location.

b. Shipping charges are applied at the check-out window along with the total price of the goods.

. The aforementioned cost of shipping is applicable for delivery of products under this website.

4. SHIPPING UPDATES

a. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or for providing any more help if you provide incorrect contact information.

a. Once your order ships, you will get a notification with the details of the courier service provider and other relevant information through the following method: Email (mentioned in the order details) / WhatsApp (number mentioned in order details over which WhatsApp is active) / SMS.

b. Please contact us as soon as possible, within 24 hours, if you have not received the shipment despite receiving notification of delivery via any of the aforementioned channels. This will allow us to report non-delivery to our courier partners. You will not be entitled for any form of refund or reshipment if you do not comply with this within the allotted 24-hour period, nor will we be held responsible for any non-delivery of your package.

5. SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME

a. It usually takes 2 working days to process and dispatch the products once the order is placed with us,

6. TIME FOR DELIVERY

a. Delivery time depends on the product ordered and the location of delivery. Approximate delivery time for PAN India is 5-7 working days post dispatch and for Special Destinations is 7-15 working days post dispatch.

7. LOCAL DELIVERY

b. The local delivery within Mumbai is usually done within 24 (twenty four) – 48 (forty eight) hours post dispatch subject to any uncertain external factors.

c. Currently we use Borzo (ex WeFast) and Porter as a service provider for same day local delivery within Mumbai.

d. We reserve the right to change the local coverage area without any notice to the users and users are advised to check this Policy for any updates.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

8. OTHER RULES.

a. If you want to change the shipping address, you need to inform us of the same within 4 (four) hours after placing the order. The request to change the shipping address can be made in the following manner.

b. If the order has not been processed, We will try to change the address, if your order is processed and dispatched, we will not be able to change the address. Any returns and reshipping charge shall be a liability for you.

. While We shall strive to ship all your ordered products together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

d. The Cash on delivery option is available for certain categories of products.

e. Partial refunds will not be entertained

We endeavor to engage logistic partners, employees, agents with the highest standards and ethics, you agree and acknowledge that the actions, inactions of the delivery individuals are not in our control, and it is not possible for us to monitor and observe each delivery executive and We shall not be liable for any action or inaction from the part of logistic partners. Any disputes between You and logistics partners shall be settled between you and the logistics partner.

9. RESTRICTIONS

a. Some items may not be eligible to be delivered to all geographical locations. You will be notified of the restricted items at the check-out page or before that.

10. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS OR PACKAGE NOT ACCEPTED OR CUSTOMER NOT CONTACTABLE

a. You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by You to us on the platform is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery.

b. If You have entered the wrong shipping information or contact details, it might cause a delay or missed delivery or even return of parcel to origin and you will not be eligible for a reshipment or a refund on such transaction and shall be liable to pay for such return and reshipping charges.

c. If the customer is not contactable. Three delivery attempts will be attempted before the shipment is returned to us. Upon return, the customer will receive a refund of the order amount or advance paid, less Rupees 150 for shipping.

d. Under no circumstances can the order be canceled or refunded if the consumer refuses to receive the package. After the package is returned to us, the customer may request a reshipment; however, there will be an extra 150 rupees charged for reshipping costs.

11. RETURN AND REFUND

a. Every effort is made so as to service the orders placed, as per the specifications and timelines mentioned with respect to a product. If due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations from our side, the order is not shipped or delivered then such order stands cancelled, and the amount paid by you is refunded.

b. The return process of a product may be subject to additional terms depending on the nature and category of the product.
