Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At Nail Supplies Mumbai, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for our customers. Please read the following terms carefully before choosing COD:
✅ Availability
- COD is available for eligible pin codes and delivery locations.
- If COD is not available for your area, you will be notified at checkout.
💰 Charges
- A COD handling fee of 10% of order value is applicable per order.
- Total Payable Amount = Order Value + COD Charges + Shipping Charges. (If Applicable)
📋 Order Confirmation
- Customers must confirm their COD order & details on call & by replying “YES” to our WhatsApp/SMS confirmation message.
- Replying “NO” will cancel the order immediately.
- Unconfirmed COD orders will be cancelled automatically.
🚚 Delivery & Payment
- Please keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.
- Our delivery partner will contact you before arriving.
- Failure to pay at delivery will result in cancellation and may affect future COD eligibility.
⚠️ Important Notes
- COD is not available for high‑value orders above ₹2500. (All Such Orders will be cancelled automatically or processed based on an advance payment)
- Refusals to accept or cancellations of COD orders may lead to permanent ban of COD facility for your account.
- For faster and hassle‑free checkout, we recommend prepaid payment options.
