Returns & Refunds

The Returns & Refunds will take atleast 2 days post receipt of returned item. No full refund or exchange will be given for any returns post 24 Hours of Delivery.
Returns are only accepted for damaged products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (If The packing is found tampered the returns will be rejected). You may cancel or suspend your services here or Website may terminate your account as per the Terms hereunder. In such cases, we do not guarantee refunds including refund for lack of usage or dissatisfaction.

Unauthorized charges on Your card

If you see charges on your credit/debit card for products/ services made on Website, but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues who have been authorized to make purchases on your behalf, to confirm that they haven’t made the transaction. If you’re still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized transaction within 30 days of this transaction to enable Website to begin an investigation at its sole discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Website / Owner does not give or make any guarantee on refund of monies due to unauthorized charges on your card.

To complete your return, Kindly follow the below instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back to us or the manufacturer as there is no Warranty or Guarantee provided for any products sold on the website 
*We  need a complete 360 video of  unboxing the parcel since delivery to process any returns or refunds. Without it we will not be able to process your request and returns are accepted on case to case basis subject to validation from our end*

Once your return is received and inspected, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If refunds are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Only defective or damaged items will be replaced. Send us an email at nailsuppliesmumbai@gmail.com if you need to exchange it for the identical item within 24 Hours of delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or coupon code will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, Contact us at nailsuppliesmumbai@gmail.com for questions related to refunds and returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping even if free shipping provided ₹150 will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund TATs

Refunds initiated by the merchant reflect into the customer’s account based on the original mode of payment. Please refer below to find out when the amount is credited to the customer and through which channel:

Credit Card Source (the same card from which original transaction was done) 7-9 working days from the date when refund was processed by the merchant. The average is 2 days.
Credit Card + Wallet i) The Credit Card amount is refunded back to source (the same card from which original transaction was done)
ii) The Wallet amount is refunded to Wallet.
i) Credit Card is refunded in 7-9 working days from the date when refund was processed by the merchant. The average is 2 days.
ii) Wallet refund is immediate.
Debit Card Source (the same card from which original transaction was done) 7-9 working days from the date when refund was processed by the merchant. The average is 2 days.
Debit Card + Wallet i) The Debit Card amount is refunded back to source (the same card from which original transaction was done)
ii) The Wallet amount is refunded to Wallet.
i) Debit Card is refunded in 7-9 working days from the date when refund was processed by the merchant. The average is 3-4 days.
ii)The refund to wallet is immediate
UPI The refund is credited to the UPI linked account using IMPS. Refund is credited back on the same or the next day.
UPI + Wallet i)The wallet amount is refunded back to the user’s wallet.
ii)UPI amount is refunded back to the user’s account using IMPS.
i)Refund to wallet is immediate.
ii)For IMPS, the refund is credited back on the same or the next day.
Wallet The amount is refunded back to the user’s wallet. Refund to wallet is immediate.
