β³ Reporting Window
- Customers must report any return or exchange request within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.
- Defective products are eligible for returns.
- Non-defective products may be exchanged, subject to approval.
π¦ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Tampered packaging will result in rejection of the return.
- A 360Β° unboxing video from the moment of delivery is mandatory for any return or refund request. Without it, your request will not be processed.
- Returns are evaluated case-by-case, subject to validation.

- Products sold on the website do not carry any warranty or guarantee.
- Do not send items back to us or the manufacturer.
π Exchanges
- Only defective or damaged items will be replaced.
- Email us at support@nailsuppliesmumbai.in within 24 hours of delivery to request an exchange for the same item.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.
π Shipping & Return Logistics
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will:
- Cover return shipping costs.
- Provide a downloadable shipping label.
- Arrange pickup (if serviceable in your area).
- If your area is non-serviceable, you must courier the item back at your own expense.
- For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
π³ Unauthorized Charges
- If you notice charges on your card but havenβt made a purchase:
- Check with authorized family members or colleagues.
- If unresolved, report the transaction within 30 days.
- Refunds for unauthorized charges are not guaranteed.
πΈ Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 2 days of receiving the returned item.
- If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7β10 days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, including via coupon or direct refund.
- Refunds are only issued if:
- An exchange is not possible.
- The product has not yet been dispatched (at our discretion).
- No refunds are provided for non-acceptance of delivery.
